Do you know what cochineal is?Well...I`m about to tell you. It`s real name is Dactylopius coccus and today while I was reaing my magazine I found out what is this. It`s actually a bug.You can often find parts of it/not exactly/ in your RED fruit yoghurt.Parts of this insect and it`s eggs are used to produce a red paint became popular as cochineal. So when you buy RED fruit yoghurt read what`s in it.Phrases and words like:"cochineal extract";"carmine";"crimson lake";"natural red4";"E120".It`s not toxic or something like that.If you are the poor one on 10 000 who is allergic it might be...But the worst effect of this information was the "EEEEWWWWWWWW!!!I won`t eat that anymore!"I`m sorry I had to make you/probably/ say Ewww too but I just thought people deserve to know what they eat.Happy MyLotting!

I am a vegan.
I knew that cochineal is crushed insects so I think that sounds horrible. It has different names as you can see.
Gelatine is crushed animal's hooves and bones. So that is a nasty thing to watch out for.
Yes, people deserve to know what they are eating and then they can choose what to eat and what to avoid. It is terrible that some foods have different names and even an e number.
