That's easy, eat more then!! lol =D Or u can eat more meat then, as well as food that are high in carbohydrate, such as rice, bread or pastas.. hehe ^_^ Drinking lotsa of sodas will help too.. hehe ^_^
After which, hit the gym, do some weights training, to turns all those fats into muscles, and there u will have gained weight!!
It's healthy, plus making u look good too.. hehe

Hi figjam, I would think that if it;s a skinny issue for a man the best way would be to build some muscle up with exercise. I don't think the solution would be to eat fattening foods to gain weight. I'm very slim and don't put weight on but do get worried when it drops off rapidly when i don't feel hungry but just continuing with my normal foods regularly will put it back to the usual point but never higher. I would think a healthy nutritous diet with some muscle building exercises.
