stop smoking

Hi guys, I try to stop smoking by now, but i don`t know how. Every time i got nothing to do or i am bored, i take one of this cigarrets and smoke it. But i really don`t want to. Maybe one of you can help me. I tryed nicotinepatches, i tryed to smoke less than i do it now, but it doesn`t work. What the hell can i do against this stupid addiction. Maybe something in my head is wrong but i still try to stop it. thx 4 your answers.
