Who likes free things for their kids to do?

If you go to pencilplaypals.com you'll find a free kids' club (PPP club). Kids can send in drawings for their gallery and stories for the Pencil Play Pals Times. And other fun things like some interesting printable stuff. What's nice is that this club is about getting kids to read, write and draw off the computer. Instead of many sites that encourage children to be glued to it. What do you think? Got any other sites you'd recommend?
