2.) Rate per click at least $0.01
*plus $0.0025 every click from the referrer*
3.) 6 ads every 24 hours to increase soon
4.) Low minimum payout of $2
5.) Money processor is Paypal
6.) Bonus points as advertiser
If you have a site or blog let others to view it for FREE.
7.)With strong community builder in forum
8.) With positive direction to grow and improve

$0.0025 from the referrer? You mean you will be paid by your upline too? I am paying all my active referrals on selected sites. Just now, I have paid 7 of them via paypal. That is what they get for being nice referral. A form of saying thanks,
