Have You Felt Stressed Out Lately?

These past few weeks, I have felt extremely stressed out. Between work, home,and everything else, I just don't feel that I have had any time at all to decompress. Normally, I get a little bit of time each night before falling asleep to read for a while and it helps me to relax. Lately, I have still had that time at night to read, but it hasn't seemed to help me relax at all. It seems like I have a lot more to take care of than normal and I am really having a hard time getting myself back into a good routine; thus, a feelingmof complete disaray in my life and an instant stressor for me.
I was just wondering if any of you are going through a similar situation lately. Do you think that it is just that time of the year?

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better.

Yes, i ams tressed out with my neighbors. I don't know why some people have big mouthed, like to lower other people by bragging themselves. I don't know what is going on with them, or what happened in their house, with their sister or family perhaps, or with their disappointment in life. Everybody is disappointed recently, but do not blame others, except if the others are berating you, i meant for now and not about old story.
I had the same with you, let us face together. I'm hoping for your reply. I know i didn't face this alone. I had my husband supported me. But if i can support others how great it is.

I don't know if it's the time of year but it's possible. The season is beginning to change, the weather is hotter and there are a lot of things about to happen--school, autumn, getting ready for fall and winter holidays.
Maybe you need to change your end of the day routine? Instead of reading in a chair, read in bed or vice versa. Take a cup of chamomile tea with you, or a piece of toast. Change something and do it in a way that pleases you. This might help.

I've been incredibly stressed lately. My sleep and eating habits are all out of whack because my mind and my insides are constantly swirling. I've been looking into herbal stress medication that might help with some of the nerves and help me get my life back in order. Best of luck to you!
