I planted a small garden this year, and thus far, I have gotten several cucumbers and that's about it. My plants are growing bigger, but they are not producing anything yet. My Mom is having the same problem with her garden.
How is your harden doing this year? Are your plants producing or are they just getting bigger?

We had such a hot and dry summer, that we have had a difficult time growing much, here this year. I didn't plant much, since this was my first summer in this area. Next spring, i plan to put in a garden though.

This year was experimental and I learned a LOT! My beans and peas were great, although I know now that I need to plant more peas. The squash that came up was all seeds and a type that I did NOT intend--I wanted acorn and butternut and that's what I planted. I got the seeds from the squash themselves and I guess I'll buy them from now on, maybe the altered the plant so it wouldn't produce good squash. My tomatoes never came up and the squash took over the part of the garden where I'd planted lettuce.
I had one lone corn plant that produced one ear of corn but it was delicious!

Not too great. I planted alot of tomato plants earlier but I have only had about five or six tomatoes. I have some basil which I planted but I am disappointed with the amoutn of growth I have gotten with my plants. I wish I had better action on them.
