unverified ,does it matter?

There are a few sites that dont pay unverified members. They even tell u that ur fund will not be returned to ur account if u ask payout with an unverified account. Be a little careful. Jean has already said what I wanted to.

From what I've seen and understand from the pay pal website being unverified will limit how much money you can send but does not effect the money you receive,although I think there is a limit of around $500 on money you can receive every month if you are not verified. I think you can also use a bank account to verify your account or you can get a pay as you go credit card and use that to verify your account if you want to.
