Is it neccessary to wear helmets while riding bikes

I think it is neccessary to wear helmets while riding bikes. Helmets can save lives of people in case of accidents. Do you think pillion riders also should wear helmets. Mylotters give your opinions.

Maybe while riding bikes- No. But while you travel via a motorcycle, you HAVE TO wear a helmet for a secure. Because nowadays I see a lot of people who uses motors to travel to another destination for example and don't wear Helmet.. But according to me, this is necessary.
