Hi I am looking for no tier paid to promote site.Where credits also added directly to the balance.It will more good. I have many surfing sites,thats why need no tier ptp.Because i hope they will Not have approve sites too.So i can promote to anywhere. I heard about valeptr.But they dont accept indian members now.So looking for others. If anyone knows please share.I will join. Thank you..
