I don't drink that much but when I do I drink to have fun not to get drunk. I like to have fun. When you drink to get drunk and go passed your limit it can be no fun at all. It can make you thow up and feel really sick. It can also give you a hang over in the morning and that is really no fun at all. When getting drunk you can do things that you wouldn't normally do that would get you in some deep trouble. Teenagers espesially. Getting to drunk while driving can result in a DUI. That is very costly and not to mention you can lose your license. Everyone needs a licesence to get to work. Drinking just to have fun and not going over board can have a better result than just drinking to get drunk.

I am not a good drinker and I won't want to drink to get drunk and make myself look so awful in front of many people. Drinking for fun isn't a good thing as well, because you'll never know if you get drunk when you've too much fun and then make a fool out of yourself.

Yes thats true. If you drunk you commit wrong things. Its not only your license but maybe your life. So if you want to have fun just drink and if you feel okay then go home. Get sleep.... In that way your safe....

i drink also to have fun and not to get drunk ., it is okay to drink moderately, for some people they get drunk and sometimes when they do ., they tend to do such things which will lead to messed up with people ., and it is a bit pissed off ,

Well friend, I never had drunk an hot drink, I mean liqu*r in my life. So, there is no point of having fun for drinking. In parties, I usually drink Coke or some soft drink and I thank god that my friends or anyone forced me to drink.. I had seen many people do funny things after drinking and enjoyed watching their acts. Sometimes some guys misbehave a lot then I will lose my temper. Once had to slap one guy because he was misbehaving with one of my friends sister.. I do not think that drinking should be done for fun, anyhow everyone will have their own way of approach towards drinking..

I actually don't drink in order to get drunk. I am just actually doing it for fun. Especially that my friends really requests me to join their drinking sessions because they say that I can bring the house down!
I mean, I am the one who keeps on entertaining my friends. By providing jokes in our drinking sessions means that we are not in the process of getting drunk but instead, we are there in order to continue our bonding with each other and not to ruin the day by becoming drunk which later will be the sole reason of misunderstandings.

i just drink to have fun because i don't think that being drunk is fun especially when you don't have the ability to make good decisions that can have heavy consequences.

I use to drink a lot to have fun and to fit in with friends when i was younger, but then i noticed I started loosing my respect and trust from my family because I let it take control of me, to the point that I almost lost my kids to my parents. Still to this day its still a battle because I have to set a good example to my children and loved ones. So now I'm just trying to take it one day at a time.
