or do you think it is a cultural influence? I think it is both. Natural in the sense that we all crave the affections of others and their approvals to a certain degree and Cultural i the sense that society places an emphasis on hooking up.

Desire for someone is a natural phenomenon as well as our culture to some extent. In present world, it has become a fashion for the teenagers.
