Why Ghost's Appears In White Color Dress?

we have seen many movies that they almost shows ghosts with white dress.why they with white color,why not with other color...?

Hehehe.. what do you think?.. But, that's a funny version.. In my opinion, ghost always in dark place.. If ghost appeared in dark color, you wouldn't have a chance to see the ghost.. hahhaa.. Mybe..

To make them appear more creepy. It is all because of movies and these movies affect our mind and believe that ghost should wore white dresses. I haven't seen a ghost so i cannot tell if it is true. If it happens i'll tell you. But i hope i won't.

I guess the grim colors are more scary so we ghosts are seen wearing those colors. I've also seen movies where ghosts wear gray or black.

it would be more spooky and creepy if they wear white dress, so they can be seen better in the dark and scare people heheh! but i've seen ghosts with brown, red, black colored dresses in the movies! have a spooky day!
