I got so many responses about negative emotions that I thought I would pass along a
physical fix. For those who know about acupuncture this will be easy to understand for others, bear with me while I try to explain, Negative emotion gets stuck in certain nerve paths of the body, this will cause you pain and illness. Acupuncture is a way to release this energy, this is a tried and true ancient way to treat the nerves. You can do this by tapping the same points. I have tried this and it works.
go to tapping.com and watch the free video to see how to do this, then watch it again and follow along you will be very surprised. Please let me know if this works for you as it did for me. Blessing

Hi, Pat!
What a great gift you gave me with this site. Yes, it does work. I even removed a blob of negativity about myself not getting to things I really need to do. You're truly a blessing!

acupressure is done on the same points as acupuncture. These are points on the nerve
system. No needles needed, go to the sight and follow the video you will be surprised, there is nothing you have to change your beliefs for it's all a matter of physiology. Blessings

Hi Pat, this sounds similar to acupressure. I surely appreciate the information. I am headed right this moment to learn about tapping. Thank you again for the help!
