Does myLot mess with your good intentions?

Hi dawnald, Well I start by feeding the cats then coffee, have bath come down wash up the breasfast things that hubby had left, go feed the birds out side, have something to eat, start mylotting and think of what I have to do next, by the time I finish thinking its too late to do anything so catty on mylotting then stop to do dinner have dinner and continue mylotting and by the time I mange to drag myself off to bed nothing as been done, repeat proformance tomorrow, lol. Yes, mylot do mess with my good intentions, seem like there are endless questions I want to answer and money not cause of it, more like it fun. I keep repeating that it will be enough, but it never will. I will keep on typing and typing but not at the expense of my daily work. I cannot stand hungry and thirsty, so from time to times I will get up and do some chores. I have a little discipline but always procrastinate. Not a good combination.

not usually..i have mom to watch so i can't slack for too long. she usually needs something. i can park on here when she takes a nap though :)

hi dawnald hatley here oh mylots got me in its grips,I used to join in all the free entertainment here and sit in the activities room and read etc. but now I am back on line and mylotting has called me, and my back hurts, and I have to pee, and I know I am thirsty,but just one more response, I do that one and then I see a really interesting discussion.oh I have to read that, oh I can answer that too. they call me for lunch so I begrudgingly go and then am back here.I should sort out some drawers, move some things, oh well I will do that lAter, this is so interesting and I know I feel the same wayas this mylotter so I just have to respond. oh my is it that late already.okay okay Im coming down for dinner,okay!

Let's see....here's a clue....its now almost midnight and I'm "going to have an early night....". But, I have spent over 3 hours gardening and read 2 chapters of a book so its not like I've been here ALL day

LOL. Mylot does affected mine. definitely, i have missed my train on at least a couple of separate occassions because i got too excited reading new posts and discussions.. like now, gotta really get off the computer and start doing some school revision and tutorial questions..

I think the D word has been eradicated from my vocabulary until further notice.

I really try to be disciplined....I try to do something....then let myself mylot....do another chore or two...then mylot....most of the time I do stick to it but once in a while on a day off I get carried away by mylot! LOL....

Yes it can certainly eat time. I will sit down for just a few mins. and the next thing I know it's two hours later.

I'm addicted, my kids say so. lol

MyLot is a very,very good procrastinating website. So if I'm trying to do homework or something, and I'm sitting in front of my laptop, it most likely will mess with my good intentions. Also, there is an incentive to log on, money, so it's just another thing I have to say, "No, I can't log on now, I have to get this done." So yes, myLot does sometimes mess with my good intentions. But I still love it anyway!

It's my holiday, so I can myloting as much as I want but I will start my college next week and I wonder how can I manage my time.. but I can, I MUST able to manage manage time! But I must admit that mylot ruins my holiday too.. I need to take a nap and crunch some snack but I end up here,,always say "1 response and that's all" but I never feel it's enough eventhough I have reach 10 posts! Now is milk before sleep time but as you can see, I'm typing here Wondering why my back feel hurt and my butt seems flatten,,lol,, But no, I can manage my time! I believe I can!

some times it does. but i make to the point that i do my stuff before going to mylot. It can be very disgusting if am disturb in the middle of mylotting. my mom was active here once but after one discussion, she stopped and her account was gone..with the wind. i do other things first before mylot. then sleep...

MyLot is addicting since you get payed for talking with people. But it doesn't really change me. I have been sitting on the computer for a while now and I don't think anything is going to change. Cheers! Thok

Lol it depends what mood I am in really but normally I am pretty well disciplined lol Now come on Dawn get of that butt and get things done then you can come back on here

You are right, it messes with all of my good intentions. I plan on doing stuff, even freelancing, and instead, here I am. I am so tired right now I should just go to bed. Here I am on MyLot with all the other Mylotaholics.

i guess i can't really blame mylot its my own fault but in the case of your discussion i guess i will. yes sometimes mylot messes up my judgement when i should be taking out my trash or go out walking or doing something else maybe even fun i always say i rather make money. i'm saving my mylot money for a guitar i'm buying all the stuff for it surely but slowly from the money i make babysitting rarely.

Ha. :D I do tat alll the time! computer eats up ur time! especially when I'm trying to earn as much money as I can being on here! And so yea, It'll be like 8 pm and I'm starving, and I realize that I didn't eat all day. :P lol
