My love handles, I can't get rid of them.

Ah the dreaded love handles. Well you need a combination of a few approaches to target them. Firstly, you can't spot reduce regardless of what people say. When you lose fat you lose it from all around, and love handles are just excess fat, moosh, whatever you want to call it. I had that problem myself before I hired a trainer and now they're gone. Anyway, it was lots of cardio, strength training and a clean diet. With the strength training it was doing things like push-ups, pull ups, squats, lunges, ab exercises on an incline bench, and really getting your heart rate up when exercising. By "clean eating" it was eating mostly chicken, fish, fruits, veggies, whole grains, beans, and cutting out the white foods like white rice, white pastas, etc. also no processed foods, no fried foods, no sugars, drinking 2 litres of water a day. It gets boring but then you have to think to yourself, how much do I want my slim/trim body?
