I'm on my second week of this all-out training programme from Tony Horton. There are a lot of good reviews and success stories.
Have any myLotters tried the program? What were your results and how did you fair out? Was your goal to gain weight and muscle (like me; im underweight) or was it mainly to lose weight? Do you use the supplements that the programme recommends or did you supplement another way?
I take a mass gainer (Gaspari Nutrition Real Mass) after every workout to help me and take a multi-vitamin as well. I have a chinup bar and free weights but use the band only for a few exercises. How about you guys? How do you all work out?

i am actually on my first week of this program . i have heard great things about it. i have a chin up bar and free weights and the bands as well.

How's your progress. I know my first week was really tough; aches throughout my upper and lower body haha. I went all out to keep up and definately felt it.

oh yes i went all out and i have plenty of aches but its worth it. it really does work you out though
