I am sharing my bitter experience here.i am working under a man who has been owing me some income,wages and salary till this moment am writing here.wht should i do or wht can i do since i dont have money to start my own business????????????????

If this man owes you promised and well earned wages, then I'd suggest you take legal action against him.
The only problem is that there's a chance you might not be working with this person anymore.
If you're too uncomfortable with that chance, then I suggest making a small investment in something like a website and if it works out, you can leave your cruddy boss.
If you're not even comfortable with spending money on that, I have a pretty good way to make money online, enough for a website.
My way of making extra money for that investment is not a scam, but I am not promising like $100 in the first week.
