I am not too sure if you have any idea about PJ's(poor jokes) these are nothing but lame jokes, which has no brainer.....they are simply dumb but then they make you laugh real loud.......we actually have a jam session on PJ's during our breaks at work......it does make the moment a bit lighter......also I love watching some candid clips over the net(well the candid on kids falling, animals behaving weirdly, etc)
and yes laughter is indeed the best medicine, it really makes your day if you are worried or sad about something.......which I am these days !!!!
Have a nice day !!!!

EVERY DAY.
I laugh every day, sometimes even for no reason. I really think it will brighten any bad mood. And it lets me smile.
I heard a quote once that says, you don't laugh because you are happy, you are happy because you laugh. But then I have heard the same quote about smiling. I believe both, so that is what I do when I am highly stressed, Laugh and Smile.
Cheers.

yes, your right laughter is the best medicine, we should laugh everyday to take off the stress and problems we struggle here in our daily lives. We need to laugh the problem as though not keep it since its very hard to keep a problem we better laugh at out it.

laughter improves people's moods. The better the laughter, the better they feel. And the more they laugh, they better they feel and the better their health, is what scientists are saying, now days. Some times when laughter begins, one just can't stop it promptly, nor for that matter, easily get control of themselves. It's sort of like crying- the harder the crying and the worse the mood, the harder it is to stop, and the longer it takes to stop.
