do you check yourself in the mirror before going out?

YUP !! I was in a public restroom and when I came out there were two Ladies looking at me and chatting realy fast in spanish, pointing to my backside, I looked and there was the PAPER from the toilet seat hanging out of the top of my Pants. Yes I was a little red faced to say the least.LOL

I usually try to at least give myself a once-over before leaving the house. I'm not a huge makeup fan, don't do much to my hair aside from washing it and making sure there are no rats nesting up there. There have been several occasions where I've spit toothpaste into my own hair and I didn't notice only to run my hand through it later and find what I call a "toothpaste dredlock" in there. Hey, at least it smells minty, right?

I do..just to check if i dont have anything in my face that would be very embarrassing. but i dont check the mirror as often as other girls who keeps glancing at it all the time. I have this friend in college where she keeps checking herself in the mirror like every minute. She has this tiny mirror that she brings with her all the time, its in her pocket. She keep checking herself. In fact a psychologist said that if you have that kind of habit, it means that you love yourself too much that you keep checking on yourself in the mirror.

Being a guy it's embarrassing to admit this but yes, I do check myself in front of the mirror before going out anywhere. I think it's important to take care of your appearance as this makes you feel good inside I think. I must admit, the cereal thing would be very embarrassing!!! Oh deiniftely! I never not checked out myself before I go out. I make sure I look presentable before I go out.. Even when I am at other places, I still like to check myself in the mirror tomake sure I am still looking decent. hehe :-)

I always check myself in the mirror before I go out. It becomes my habit, so I can have more confidence in the public. More than that, I am a girl, so if is verg important gor me to look nice before going out.

I always make sure I am ready before I leave the house... I used to run like that and it end up with a stupid thing happen, so I hated it so much... now i have to check before I go. Last time I dressed up with inside out. lolz... u know how it feels right? lolz

I don't like mirror and at times, when I am in hurry I don't care about me and juts got out. I prefer to be on time than to be late. It something usual for me, so I just proceed with it. I know it wasn't really a bright thing to do, I guess, it has become an habit and it difficult to change.

Most of the days i do. At times when i'm very or too preoccupied i skip this routine (intentionally or unintentionally). At times when i do not check myself in the mirror and check once i'm back i get really embarrassed if my hair is not well combed or my dress looks really weird.

Yes, after wear shoe I wash my hand and I see myself in front of mirror before going out. This practice I have since last 20 year.

once I forgot change my slippers and went to school,how embarassed was I!but now I recall this.I just feel it is very funny,I did this when I was in junior school,now I will check myself everytime before going out.

I don't check every time... Absolutely I want to check..if I have the time..but many times before I go out is very busy..so just forget that step... but I think we should check before going,anyway,a good apperance not only let others feels good but also can strengthen your confidence.. And even I think..it can make it more easy to communicate with others.. but I don't like the people who always look in the mirror..that's too narcism...lol When in the univercity,I think I do every morning,because from getting up to going out,there is a very longtime to spent..after brushing and washing I will take at least 30 second to check~~ The similar situation...eh.. once I had wear my sweater insideout..............lol I think just this..because that morning I had some work in our Univercity's broadcasting station....usually I don't need to do the morning broadcasting..it's very early But I am very luck!there is not much students get up at that time~

yes,i check myself in the mirror everyday.You should always check yourself because you may have something in your teeth,hair etc.When you leave out of the house and you don't check yourself its kind of bad.Its bad because if there is something wrong with how you look people may think of you different because your appearance is everything.When your appearance is great it really says a lot.so the next time you leave out of the house look in the mirror.

For a long time I didn't check myself in the mirror prior to leaving, but one day I had a program at my daughters school to attend and upon getting there had someone mention to me that the hoodie I was wearing (which I had just taken out of the dryer) had a pair of my daughters underwear in it. I was sooooo embarrassed. Now I double, sometimes triple check my mirror image & clothes before leaving the house.

Yes, I do look in the mirror before going out of my house. I do look at it while arranging my hair. I look at it so many times a day. I will start looking as soon as I get up in the morning to see if I am the same person or not. Lol. I enjoy looking in mirror. I won't miss the chance sometimes when I see the mirror or a two wheeler parked nearby.

I always check my hair and clothes in the mirror before going out, otherwise I feel not very confident and doubt if there is something ugly on me.:)

I remember this experience one, my mom asked me to buy something in the store and it was early in the morning. i didn't mind at first, then people started looking at me. when i went home i looked in the mirror and saw how my hair is so messed up.So, from then on i decided to simply look in the mirror first before going out.

Hello yelrihs, I myself don't have a mirror in my house... I don't like looking in the mirror because it reminds of who I am and what I have done. But it is good sometimes to escape situations like that. But I don't remember having any kind of food in my hair :P Cheers! Thok

The most embarrassing day of my life was when a friend told me to remove piece of vegetable from my teeth several hours after lunch. Reason i did not use the mirror provided in the fast food cafe. I was so embarrassed that i started sweating all over. Today i do check myself every moment i am done eating or leaving for work. it is a timely reminder to all.

Yes,I always insist on the regular analysis of their own, when we go out,we should adjust themselves to the status of one of the best,show a side of self-confidence,positive side. We are all learning,all in progress.
