Will you feel hungery if you don't have lunch?

I just am unable to skip any meal whether it is a breakfast,lunch or dinner.

Hi sissi320, I'll feel hungry if I dont take breakfast. Breakfast is very important to me. It's like refuelling after a night's fasting. Lunch? I wont feel so hungry. But still I have to take lunch. Dinner is the one that I may opt to omit. And drinking lots of water to replace dinner. By bedtime, I'll head to the loo so many times, I wont be able to sleep until breakfast comes again! So, I better not skip any meal and eat like it is.. :)
