Finally Swine Flu inter into India

Now Swine flu enter into India, 4 people are died, Why the healthy ministry haven't take fulfill actions to prevent the people from Swine Flu.

A very good question indeed. I agree with you jacklinsheeba that the Health Ministry to play a pivotal role in educating the public on this disease and circulate medicines to the public to guard against the spread of this. Is the government waiting for an epidemic to start before they realize their folly?

Yes, I think the government waiting for an epidemic to start their work. And I think the government know what are the works and preparations has to be done before the election only, but they don't know what are the precaution has to be done to save people.
