Job-hopping after 1 or 2 years?

Hi, mylot friends, Have you considered to change a job? Neglect the salary, just on the basis of development possiblity,when will you choice to change a new job? After worked for 1 year or 2 years?

I changed my first job after 1.5 year. But I am in this current job for more than 3 years, I think its high time that I change the job. Els ei will get no more good salary or prospects.

Oh, I remembered my first job-hopping after two and a half months . The first job is really boring ,but I insist to do for two and a half months .Then I found my second job,also tedious ,but better than the first job ,good paid and promised future .That is it .You need to consider what advantage of your next job ,why do you want to change another one ? I think it is very important when you consider to change another job?
