What rules should we follow for healthy living in our daily life? Apart from exercise and healthy food what other things are necessary.please share.

Avoiding stress, too much pressures, worries, anger and anxieties. Meaning to say lesser problems. We can't avoid not having problems but at least lesser. Good food. daily exercise, comfortable place with fresh air and pleasant sorroundings plus lesser problems that would give us a healthy living.

Drinking plenty of water, getting a good nights sleep. no stress in our lives. start using products that are not toxic to us or the environment.
