Are white guys capable of loving chinese girls?

And I mean really loving them and not just treating them as mere one night stands. I have a chinese friend who's really infatuated with an american guy she met few weeks ago during an exchange program. Thing is, she hesitated in starting the relationship as she had been cheated a few times by several white partners she used to have. I am of chinese-american parentage so obviously i'd asked her to look at my happy parents to encourage her to just give it a try. But she's just too fearful of getting hurted again and told me that 'white guys today are real jerks'. No offense. I'm not that into white guys and despite being half-american, I've been living in an asian country like forever, so I think I need some help to gauge the real situation now to help my friend gain some perspective. Any advice or real life examples? thanks
