If you will be given a chance to change something in your life, what will it be?

Ever since I encounter this question, I always think I wanted to be a man. I want to do so many things in my life and sometimes being a woman limits me to do it. I think I will enjoy to experiment and try outrageous things but because I'm a woman, I have to think many times if its acceptable. I want to continue to carry the surname of my dad, but because of the woman in the house its just right to carry my husband's surname. I wanted to travel and go to many places, but being a woman it will be more dangerous. This is just a wishful thinking. I thank God for making me a woman too. My husband is forever thankful that I'm not the man of the house. lol!

If I could have a chance, I would like to go back to college and finish the degree, I would liek to be able to have a decent job that pays me good and I could support my family.

when i was a kid, even i wished i were a boy but this desire started changing when i realised that i could do all that boys could do and i could do things that boys could not do so now i don't wish to be a boy.. i am happy with my girlhood... anyway, today if i get an opportunity to switch my profession and get into either academics or writing then i feel i would be happier... but i believe the grass is always greener on the other side so no i have no regrets... i feel its better to accpet what we have rather than thinking what would have been better.

If I had a chance to change anything in my life at this moment I would have never moved to New Mexico. I thought I was going to love it here but I really not. The first year was pretty good but now into my second it not so good. I think it mainly because I don't have a job and I'm getting quite anxious about it. So part of me thinks I should have stayed in NY with the job I had that was paying good money. I moved to New Mexico to be near my granddaughter to help my daughter. Now they are planning to move to Florida. So I have to find a way to sell my house by next year so I can move to Puerto Rico to be with the man I truly love. Sorry now I'm rambling.

I think I would definitely change the years I have gone to college. I would study harder and would not waste my time on recreational stuff. Also, I would change the relationship I have with my mother. I think it is very important to have that relationship with your parents because they are the ones who has fed you, watched you and loves you unconditionally.

If I were given the chance to change something in my life, I would reconsider my decision to move to Florida, away from my friends and family, in California. Sometimes your family gets on your last nerve and all you can think about is getting away from all the drama and insanity, but when you actually relocate, as far as possible, after a time you could come to realize that you've made the wrong decision and that family (good, bad, or indifferent), is still great to have around. When everyone else fails you, someone in the family will always be there to lend a helping hand. I am in the process, or relocating back to California, but If, I had a chance to change anything in my life, it would never have happened.

hey hun...i am a lil confused..where are you from? i tried looking at your pro but it doesnt say..i feel so bad for you if your country doesnt treat women like here in the USA..everyone should have the same rights and it sucks baddd that most dont think women are just as able..hell i think were way more able doin more things than men..dont see too many havin kids..raising them..taking care of the home..cleaning..coooking..and most here have a job as well..so where would you travel to if you could? i would love to visit Ireland and see all the beautiful castles and explore..soo back to your question..what would i change? I wish i would of got my head out of my bum and became more financially stable and had a house by now..or dated a cpl guys i dated and killed my heart..especially my sons..i think he suffers more than i do from my recent break..and he was just a huge mistake!!but as for the injury that made me disabled..noo..if it wasnt for it happeening..i never would of met Skylar my sons daddy and/or had him and be able to stay home and watch him grow intot he man hes becoming:)

Hi! Your husband must be very proud of you. LOL! If i can change something, that will be my music and sports. I should have been more adventurous when i was a kid and really pursued a sport...basketball, badminton ,maybe even swimming. I wish I am athletic even if not professionally. Second, i should have learned how to play guitar earlier. I found out that i really wanted to play either piano or guitar. Now? I still can maybe, but it will take a lot of willpower and change of habits and time sacrifice.I hope still can do it.

There are some things that I woud like to change in my ife but if I went back and altered things I might not be where I am today. I wish I didnt have multiple sclerosis. It stops my partner and I being free, we are stuck in this town and we want to travel and have a fmaily. It is all so much more difficult because I am sick. However I have faith all will be right. Things in my life have happened for a reason and I am truely blessed to have a beautiful partner. I think that having my health would change my life dramatically.

I would go back and enjoy life more and stop dwelling on the negative all the time when I was younger. I feel that I missed out on so much in life because I was negative instead of positive.

This may sound crazy, but i've always wanted to change my friends from the past, and been more picky about choosing them. The friends I had encouraged me to make bad decisions- smoke, drink, etc. Now that I look back, I just want to slap myself for making such a bad decision and following those friends. I believed that they knew best, and I let them make the decisions for me.

Only Dreamiest thinks that they need to change something in their life. But realistic think, even you go back and same situation arise you might chose same thing you chosen before, and there are things in your life which aren't dependent upon your choice like gender, environment etc. And i am realistic, so i don't think i want to change anything in my life.

Hello beaushell, If I could change something in my life I would choose to erase my encounter with T. That changed my life forever and now I just want it to be normal again. But I guess sometimes you just have to live with the mistakes you make. Cheers! Thok

I've asked myself this a couple of times already and I've never come to a point that I wished I changed something in the past. Sure, I had mistakes, plenty, but they happened because I had to learn. I don't think I would be the person that I am now (a person well loved) without those misfortunes and mistakes in my life.

If i had chance to change anything i will change some rules which harm the people directly or indirectly first then i wish there should not be any old age homes any where in the country.
