Good day my fellow MyLottters According to Wikipedia, computer literacy is having an understanding and knowledge of what a computer and have the ability to use it. While computer competency applying one persons skills and ability to a computer to make it more useful. Well based on their definition I think I am one of those computer competent, cause as a programmer I am applying my knowledge on programming to develop computer system and software's that helped other people on their work on the computer much faster and reliable . And I think if you are a computer competent you are a computer literate too, em I correct? How about you guys, are you a computer literate or a computer competent? God bless. Happy MyLotting .
