what is important when working in the team?

I think these three tips are all very important. But I think having responsibilities is the most important. As long as every people in the team work together, and have responsibilities to the team, they are a whole group.

The most important thing to remember when working in a team is to avoid conflict. As soon as there are major disagreements between members of a team, you'll notice a rift where the team will break up in to two or more smaller groups. For me 1)have a team work 2) share ideas and information 3) each onr of the group have their own task. 4) Do not hasitate to ask and discuss any opinion that need clarification. 5) Every body set aside personal feeling for the benefit of the task that been created.
