Most of us have seen the movie matrix(3 parts).the concept in it was that we are living in a world controlled by machines. They gave explanation to each and every thing happening in the world..Do you think there is a chance of it to be somewhat true..??I have thought about this many times...

Yeah, it could be true, because of all those things mentioned... above me... and because I don't think the world is what it seems to be...

I've never really taken it too seriously before, however I'm glad I saw this as you've just reminded me that it's on the tv tonight. Perhaps I'll feel different after watching it again tonight.

Hey, No I don't really think that the Matrix is true, even a little bit of it. Although I haven't seen all the 3 parts to it, just the first one, I can still make out that it is quite fake, but a great movie! Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

It is true in a way. People want their world their way to the extent that they ignore the truth if it doesn't fit!!

Yes, I think Matrix was like a metaphor for our life, I think many people saw this too and this was why it became such a big hit. The machines, are equivalent to the 'system' which makes us a slave, we work hard, earn, pay off our loans and mortgages, all our time and energy is taken and the 'rat race' ensures that we have no time to really stop and think about 'what' is really going on and truly activating our own spiritual potency....we just feed the system giving them more and more power and control....something like that anyway. And if we do choose to do something about it, we have to give up all the luxuries of the 'system' and live with practically nothing...(likened to how the unplugged lived)become revolutionaries....it's such a hard thing, and it's better not to think too much or crave the truth as 'ignorance is bliss'for most. And everyone is a 'potential agent' as they have all surrendered to the 'systems' agenda. I could go on and on.....there are so many connotations to the film Matrix...but then we would be heading into 'conspiracy' territory. I loved Matirx 1...rang a very deep and strange bell indeed!

Well,That is just perfect,i.e.same thoughts as mine.I was thinking about this from lot of time so i started discussion and i ma very glad that some people are really thinking as me.The concept in it that everything is decided by the machines is what we called fate. Then the concept of the ghosts, aliens given in it was also considerable. I am a BIG FAN OF MATRIX...
