True Bood Episode From 8/1/0/09

What a great episode last night was! Two of my favorite characters are Erik and Jason and it was cool to see an episode where that was interaction between the two of them! As for the general story-line I am greatly impressed. I am sure that there are writers for the show, but it is all based on Charlaine's books and I think she does a great job of giving you the unexpected. Never in a million years would I have expected Godric to be so concerned with the maturation and evolution of the vampire mental state. (There were clues that something was going on, but I thought perhaps he had started the Light of Day Institute under the guise of being human due to his boredom with being so old) I was honestly expecting a bloodbath in the church. I also have a serious love/hate relationship with how the episodes end. I am often left with my jaw hanging wide open. I often have to stop myself from jumping off the couch, grabbing the television screen and screaming "NO!!! IT CAN'T END THIS WAY!!!" lol! Let me know what you thought of last night's episode!!
