Big Brother Episode 8/9/09

My wife does not watch Big Brother. In fact she constantly ribs me over the fact that two of my favorite shows are Big Brother and Survivor.
HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE THIS SHOW!!
I don't think the scene could be more set up for what is coming than what is currently going on.
First off, I love Jeff and Jordan! They may be two of the cutest people I have EVER seen together. I really think America got it right by giving the power of Coup de' tat to Jeff. I don't know if America did it because they love Jeff or because they thought Jeff having the power would be interesting, but either way it was the perfect decision.
Chima's declaration last night WAS a bit crazy, but it isn't going to change the fact that I want her out!!! lol!
Jeremy Piven's entrance was an exciting moment.
I was not surprised one bit by Chima's nominations. I am torn however, the only person I really can't stand on that show is Chima and there is no way for her to go home on Thursday.

I can't stand Jeff and Jordan, they give me sugar diabetes, lol. The power was wasted on Jeff as far as I'm concerned. According to some who watch the live-feeds, he has made a lot of gay slurs. He seems easy to manipulate, too, and I laugh that he thinks he's got Russell under his thumb. Lydia should have went home last week, and I hope she goes home this week. If Jeff and Jordan stay to the end, it will be a very boring ending to the show.

I have to tell you I loved both of these shows a few years back. I had to stop watching because I just couldn't take how people treat each other so badly on these shows. The fighting and horrible things that people would do to one another. For instance on Big Brother when someone (I can't remember the name) cleaned a toilet with someones toothbrush and didn't say anything till after they used the toothbrush. That was down right disgusting. There are to many people backstabbing and lying that is why I stopped watching and this is why I understand your wife.

mj, we love these shows at our house too! And I agree with everything you said about Jeff, Jordan and Chima! It's definitely been an interesting show this season, with all of the shouting matches and hoh's. I hate that Chima got it and now she can't be voted out for another two weeks! I sure hope Jeff uses the coup d'etat and gets Russell off the block. He will if he is as loyal to him as he said he would be in the hoh room. But promises have been broken before. we'll see. Glad to see someone else here who is a fan.
