Do You Think America is Going Corrupt?

Honestly, take the time to think about it. America was pretty much built on wars really, and world war 2 is what made America what it is today, or was up until this economic crisis. Without a war, America might not benefit, but that is pretty much what's leading America to become corrupt. Years ago many people came here thinking the roads were paved of gold, now that dream is gone as you can find a much better living in more rich countries such as Saudi Arabia or Dubai. We are not what we used to be and its kind of bugging me. Our future is going to be horrible due to this very fact and I'm pretty much nervous for the future. So what do you guys think?
