How do you recognise your friend in Mylot? By Avatar image/username/activity?

I would look at the avatar first since everyone's avatar is different, unique and rarely changes. I also recognize the name but I'll look at the avatar first.

I usually recognize my friends by there avatar, and then there user name right after.

Hi phillip, well it has to be by both name and avatar as some of the avatars of my friends change quite a bit. I'm on my third already because I only just found out how to put a different one on than the original one. Then of course their names come through on email alert when they start discussions so that way I recognise the ones who still have the little green man.

hi,Phillip! I often recognize my friends here in mylot by their avatar not by their names because I'm a visual type person. I'm having difficulty in recognizing those names, most of the mylot users names are uniquely spelled. I don't know how to pronounce it right.

Hi Phillip, I consider two of them. Some of the users do not use their own image. So at those profiles I would consider the activity and profile. I do not consider the username. But as for as mylot is considered I accept all friend requests irrespective of the avatar or name or image or anything. I accepted for friendship and I would like to continue(Shall I?). Well usually i just check for the discussions that my friends have started, i dont have many at the moment so i am learning to recognise everyone else by their avatars rather that their names as there are just so many people on here, i dont think my little brain could take it all

I do recognize the avatars but I try not to rely in them because avatars do change. I usually recognise user names immediately although they can change too! Reading the discussion or comment usually gives me a clearer idea who the person is; I have a few friends here whose comments I would not have too much trouble identifying!

I recognize my friend by their avatars and avatars which is have moving pictures like photos, cartoon character are really appealing. Then, I also observe a lot of users here use animals avatars and the most common are cats with interesting user names..That is why it is very hard to identify if the user is male or female unless you go to see his profile. Then, also the other got unidentified age, country and never really put their real photos..

I recognize my mylot pals with their avatar. Then the user id if they do not have an avatar. I think when i recognize the friend i know what kind of response they would have given - one liner, two liner, medium or a BIG paragraph - LOL

i have a set of people that have caught my eye, they start good topics, their replies are pretty interesting too. you're one of them. and sad to say, i recognize you and everyone else in that group from their avatar. i've never been good with names, years i walk by people and they call my name or say hello, and for the life of me, i can't remember their names. terrible habit, but there you have it.

Mostly by an avatar, but the name helps too. I don't follow my friends though, but I do recognize them if I see them in one of the discussions.

I have a good memory of the names and avatar of my friends in my lot , so it is not a difficult job for me to recognise them immediately.

i mostly remember by user name and mostly i will search for different discussion that people are posting mostly i will be searching on online earnings and internet and that my frnds strat discussions

I recognize Mainly by their usename and photos.Although some doesn't have images, but their image less profile helps meto recognize them.

Most of the time, I just pay attention to my friends' avatars. As some usernames are too difficult for me to remember. So if my friends change their avatars, perhaps I need some time to recognize them again:) I love China

I know all my friends here on mylot by their usernames and that is the only way I recognize them. I hardly remember the avataar image and there are many who keep changing the images often so it is confusing.

Well usually I pay attention to the "discussions my friends have started". I also pay attention to the user name and avatar. Some people I recognize instantly by their avatar because it sticks out in my mind. Others it takes me a few seconds or a minute or two to recognize them. People that I have talked to more, I recognize a lot quicker than others that I have only talked to a couple of times.

Hi the, well i recognize them by their username and avatar. And there are times they are using the same username and avatar in the other earning sites. Using definite avatar really recognize your friends easily, keep on mylotting.

Actually I do not want to recognize or know who is my friend here...then the excitement is lost...But I know a few friends who are mylotting sitting next to me..hehe :-) otherwise I just concentrate on my earning and the topics...the names are too confusing to identify...so better not waste time...happy mylotting :-)

Most of the times I recognize people by their avtar images. I tend to forget the names so this is the easiest way to recognize them. But some people do not have any avtar images. I think it is important to have an avtar image as it gives you a distinct identity. Personally I feel less inclined to respond to discussions started by people having no image in their avtar image. Some of them I remember because of their peculiar activities like while responding some people use to punctuate their replies with bolds and italics, some people have a very unique way of replying so they can be identified with those. Some people have a certain way of greeting while ending their replies. These are all the ways that I use to recognize people in MyLot.
