Lithuania Celebrates 1000 Years Anniversary

This year is very special for my country Lithuania. The name Lithuania was first mentioned in written in year 1009.The 1000-year Song Festival took place with about 42 thousand participants from all over the world. The Song festival is a traditional event in Lithuania where singers, dancers, choirs and musicians are performing traditional Lithuanian dances and songs. The impressing thing was to see emigrated Lithuanians coming to the event to sing in native language. Come to visit my country:)
