How do you come up with ideas for myLot discussions?

I generally get an idea for a new discussion whilst watching TV or reading the paper. But rather than rushing on here to post it I usually make a note of it and let it stew for a couple of days before posting it. This gives me time to fine tune the discussion and also reject those which are basically useless as in our too specific and wont get many responses. It also gives me time to check that no one else has started a similar discussion on here.

there are times were think about it then there are times were they just pop in my head.

I get ideas from almost everywhere. When I read magazines, blogs, discuss with people I get a lot of ideas that I use for mylot discussions. I don't find it difficult to get new ideas so far.

I find this very difficult and so I don't create new discussions much but I do enjoy responding to discussions created by others! I think that one of the discussions I created in the past related to eating at McDonalds! I guess you really can create a discussion regarding anything on My Lot, that's the good thing about this place! I will have to make more of an effort and try and create another discussion, I don't know what about though!!! I like acting like a kid from time to time by watching cartoons!!!! Yes, you heard me right!!!! Maybe I will create a discussion about Bugs Bunny!!! Andrew

how do i get ideas for my mylot discussions well sometimes when i read other people discussions i get ideas for discussion like if i already wrote about 4 or more lines to them and i have a story to tell i just try write a question that relates to the story i want to tell everyone. and other ideas i get for blogs is i look around my house and ask a question like do you have your own computer? or something lame like that. well thats how i get my ideas have a happy mylot day.

I have been looking at my interests and all of the sudden I mite have a question or something to share.

some just pop into my head and sometimes i hear ideas on the radio or get ideas from reading the newspapers. i guess i have writers degree of curiosity, and to that end i usually come up with a new discussion starter every few days.

I frequently think of something interesting to write about, I think it just comes up to my mind and try to deliberate the ideas to write about.

Just don't think to much at all.After nearly one month in mylot i have realized that you can discuss almost anything here.Movies,games ,sort life anything.If you have a problem you can share it with your fellow mylotters and be sure you will get help.So just start a discussion whenever you think that topic is good.You can also share your experience and whatever problem you are facing in life.
