No, of course not. Do you think that a 3 year old child would avoid a child of a different race? Children will play with other children regardless of the color of their skin. The only reason that a child would avoid another child is if the child is treated badly by the other child. ATTITUDE, yes bad attitude is the root of racism.
I was not a racist when I first came to America. But being badly treated on numerous occasions by a race changed me. I try not to generalize a race. But if majority of that race showed me nothing but bad impressions. Can you blame me? People bring it upon themselves. They are hated because of the way they present themselves to other people. And if majority of the race acts unified. Then generalizing a race becomes justified (racism). I'm sorry but this is true. If people would only change their attitudes for the best. Then racism may become a thing of the past. I know there is still a cure for me. I was once not a racist and a reversal of the experiences I had with a different race, will change me back.

Did you know that ALL babies, the world over, babble in the same "language"? They can also communicate with each other, like animals can - there's even some evidence they have telepathic ability.
A baby was given a standard heel blood test in a room, and when the nurse went to the others in the next room they all recoiled - even though they didn't know what the needle was going to be used for. The baby done first didn't even whimper - yet somehow he got the message across to the others.
These were children of mixed races - Native English, Hindi, Muslim, French (it was a city hospital in the UK) not all of whom would hear English as their first language, yet the "message" went to all.
A native baby of Indo China "speaks" the same language as one of English descent - irrespective of what it hears at home. It's not until the parents begin teaching it to talk that the differences appear.
If we all remembered this, the world would be a far happier place. Suffer the little children, etc ...

People are not born racist for all races share the same ancestry. i was told i was filipino when i was born then i later on found out i was not because i dont look filipino. I lived in Philippines for most of my life thinking I was filipino seeing all the filipino faces i thought we just look different. When i found out that i was not filipino, then i fell no racist toward filipino at all...

Your question is a bit hard to answer. I guess which is why nobody respond to it yet. I hoped you understand.
Yes, human do not born racist. In fact, they born purely with nothing in mind - baby. It is the environment that changes human behaviour as they grow older and older. Its the parents, family, friends, and society that makes them change into racist. As human grow older, they develop their own principle and concept, just like you, and me.
I don't know if i am racist, by i do feel a bit intimidated by other racist. So yeah, its just a feeling born from past experience. I hope that you will find what you seek in your question.

I don't think we are born with racists. It depends on the community we are born and how are parents brought us up. I don't believe that only with white skin are beautiful and has the right to live. People are not looking at the content of their character.
racism is a result of collectivism and statism. Psychologically, it is a result of the racist's own inferiority complex—since he has no self-esteem or character, he tries to gain it through his unchosen ancestry/race.
