I love Jim Carrey, I have been watching him since the days of In Livin' Color. I'm 24 years old now and I was just a little kid when I watched that show. Over the years Jim has evolved as an actor and for the better. Although he may had a couple of movies I, myself, didn't really enjoy ( and who hasn't) I can't really say anything bad about the man.
Yes Man, a movie about a man named Carl (Jim Carrey) who seems to have nothing going for himself in life, runs into an old buddy while outside of his work place eating lunch. His buddy tells him about the things he has done and gives credit to the word YES!! Convinces Carl to come to a YES seminar, Jim starts to open his mind and eyes to lifes possibilities, starts saying YES to EVERY opportunity that arises and heads off to an adventure of a lifetime.
I recommend this movie to anyone and EVERYONE who likes comedy and Jim Carrey. this is the funniest movie i've seen in a long time.
What do you guys think of this movie?

Hey, thanks for the rundown. I had seen a lot of commercials for the movie, but had no idea what it was really about. It is nice to have someone to put it into layman's words for those of us who love comedy.
Thanks for sharing your prognosis, I will definitely look for that one next time I get ready to see a new movie. Have a wonderful evening!

I liked the movie, but I didn't think it was his funniest movie. It had some serousness to it like "the cable guy." I think the pet detective movies were his funniest. I wasn't crazy about the cable guy or dumb and dumber.
