I believe I've been scammed from a task?

A week or two ago I submitted a task, was sure to follow all the directions. It was a 120 + word review on a video game, and the reward was 50 cents (a little fishy). It expired a while ago, but before it expired I noticed that they changed the video game like 3 times. My task hasn't been accepted or rejected, and I messaged the person asking why the task was edited to another game, and why I haven't been accepted and they never replyed, however they must have been online to change the task. Did I just get scammed? I'm thinking they are using my game review on another paid review website, and just pretending like they aren't online to accept my task. If this is a scam how/where do I report it? Thanks.
