And make the cake batter not including in it. Okay, here's little story. When I was kid, usually the last week of the month, my mom tried to fit the budget, start with the family meal. She always have a lot of eggs handy in her fridge. And sometimes she made this variety dishes just from EGGS. Boiled Eggs that she cooked in gravy kind of sauce. And any dishes that usually need chicken or beef, she replced it with Eggs. It came up not bad.
Now, just like my mom, I always have eggs handy, specially just make something quick !
So how many dishes that actually you can do with this little eggs?

I love cooking with eggs, they're such a cheap, healthy alternative to other proteins. I always add them to any stir-fry or fried rice I make for that added substance. Another favorite is deviled eggs...they're awesome as a midnight snack, or just as a meal if you happen to have a bunch left over from a get-together.
Egg salad is another easy and filling recipe, boiled egg, mayo and bread, simple sandwich.
You know, they say that a chef's hat has 100 creases to represent the 100 ways to cook an egg.

We will typically make a breakfast casserole with eggs a couple of times a month. With the eggs we will combine bacon, hashbrowns, green and red peppers and onions. This is very much a favorite at our house.
Another egg dish that I really like is quiche. My children aren't big fans of it, but I am and that is all that matters.
I typically think of eggs as a breakfast food, but we all like breakfast food in our house and no one complains about it when we decide to have a breakfast for dinner night.

I think there are many possible egg dishes. There is this one egg dessert that is my favorite and very easy to make. You can use two eggs and two packs of sugars and mix the eggs and sugar together and then microwave for 2 minutes. It tastes very good and takes under 5 minutes. Maybe you can try it. Good luck finding new dishes

I like this topic. I like to talk about cooking although I am not good in it.
I always keep at least 10 eggs in fridge because me and my family love eggs very much and I also bake cakes using it. I will normally cook steam egg or fry scramble egg. And with these two types of cooking method, I could modify its taste by adding different type of ingredients into it. For eg, green peas, french beans and etc. It taste good too!
For me, I love hard boiled egg. I could eat it alone for my dinner. I normally will dip it into light soya sauce and it taste heavenly good!
I like to eat egg yolk therefore I am the most "beneficial" one as my husband will always share his portion of egg yolk with me..nice!

I pretty much stick to the boiled eggs, and omelettes. You can vary the omlette, adding different items to make a different tast treat, such as mushrooms, cheese, onions, spinach and various veggies. The boiled eggs, soft, I have for breakfast with some whole wheat buttered toast, and hard for inclusion in a salad plate in hot weather.
I suppose I should get more adventurous, and maybe will use some suggestions here. I have never substituted it for chicken or beef, as chicken tends to be my inexpensive meat of choice, and beef I usually wait for a sale on roasts, and use it that way, slow cooked in the slow cooker.

I love eggs and I use them a lot. They are the most inexpensive way of eating protein there is. I love to make an omelette to eat with you, mylotters. I put just about anything I have in the fridge there. I also make the spanish tortilla (potatoes, onion and eggs) and the italian fritatta. Hard boiled eggs can be put in a curry gravy and served with rice. I also use them for salads, mashed with mayo to put over bread. A soup of any kind will get better with an egg.
I could write for hours.
Happy posting!!!

I enjoy angeled eggs (most call them deviled) they go with mac n cheese and lots of things. Then I can make egg salad out of boiled eggs and mayo. That's great for sandwiches! I like to scramble eggs with fried potatoes and onions too.

I try to think out some of the egg dishes that I normally have here. And some egg dessert as well,
For Chinese that come from Asia, we like to cook many kinds of egg dishes. ZFor example, we have the simple one will be boiled egg and fried egg. Sometimes we add in some ingredients before we fried the egg. We have onion fried egg, minced pork fried egg, prawns fried eggs and the list are endless. We do steam egg too. We add in minced meat and steam the egg, it is a very nice dish. For dessert, we have egg tart, it is my favorite egg dessert.
