W HAT WILL MAKE YOU LEAVE WORK?WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STICK TO YOUR JOB? I HAVE HAD MANY JOBS.first, i worked as a crew in a fast food chain,,6yrs. then i was middle management staff,4yrs .i stayed working because i need it to support my family .when i thought i'm experiencing burn out, i resigned.i worked again but this time as educator ,2yrs. i left . i got connected again in a fast food chain but only for six months ,they hired me as branch manager but coordinates not w/ me but w/ those w/ them for 25 yrs.so i have to resign. i stayed home for a year then i worked again as a pre- school teacher , 4yrs. i enjoyed it .at present i'm still a preschool teacher enjoys my everyday encounter with wonderful children ,not a very glamorous job because children need every care and support an adult can offer but it's all worth it.whenever i realize how a child has learned and improved i felt rewarded of all the efforts i gave them .i guess because i love what im doing that i intend to keep this job.no one has to check on me,it doesn't take three times the energy so to speak.most people knows me and i believe they speak well of me because people keep coming to enroll their kids. it's earning money and doing what i'm pleased to do . so, what keeps you?
