Do you love yourself?

Ever since I was young I have been taught to save. So much so now that I am working and have a kid, I still iron and cook and clean to save on the money spent if I outsourced these work. This has resulted perhaps in some emotional stress and my feeling of over tiredness. I reckon perhaps I should balance it out somehow. How about you? How do you love youself?
