Anybody on here know anything on associated content? Can you publish articles and make money off of them if they've been published somewhere else. I've been writing for ehow and was wondering if i could post the exact same ting on AC anyone know?

i dont think you should focus on Associated Content (AC) - they are good and have a collection of unique articles. But the unfortunate thing is that you get paid ony when someone buys your article. The chances of that happening are remote as there would be about 5 articles on a particular subject and if you are not the top two, you are sure to lose out. ofcourse there is hubpages and many other sites where you can make a regular freelance income. Contact me and i'll be happy to help.

I am writing for AC and from what the policies indicate, they strictly require you to submit unique articles and you have no duplicate posts of the same article on any other websites apart from AC. I've been writing there for a while now and I am serious reconsidering my options because the earning is very minimal, not unless you are good at driving a great amount of traffic on the site.

what i knowis that they don't allow that. they have that facility that can track works with contents the same with other sitesit would be better if you will rephrase or reword some and create innovations in your sentences. i am an AC member but i am not that active. i only have 10 posts there. just read the FAQ panel of both sites.i hope this helps.

You CAN publish articles twice, once at other writing sites, then at Associated Content. Those are called non-exclusive articles and they will only pay your for page views of those types of articles. However, if you write them for Associated Content first and would like up-front payment PLUS performance pay (page views) you can submit it as non-exclusive and then publish it elsewhere once it's been published. I hope this helps. You should be able to find out more about Associated Content at the website.
