Hi Windflower, I'm from Asia too so I'm pretty much exposed in Chinese movies and TV shows. I love martial arts as far back as Bruce Lee to date. My kids love the recent animated Disney film Mulan and Kung Fu Panda. My favorite Chinese movie to this date is the 1987 epic "The Last Emperor", you're probably not aware of this.) Its about the life and times of Emperor Pu-Yi of Manchuria. Your post makes me want to see it again if I could still find a copy.)

Thanks for your reply!I'm quite amazed that you had seen such a old movie about "The Last Chinese Emperor"!I had read a book about him,Pu-Yi,in Chinese,we write his name like this:??.Haha,I have no idea if you can recognize it.It must be a good movie or you won't remember it after quite a long period.

You are right, I cannot recognize it. I think I still need to install additional fonts to display it properly in my system.
What I mention in my first post are Chinese stories created by western outfits. I have seen many movies filmed in China and in your native dialect dubbed in english. I just couldn't remember their titles because of the same reason I cannot recognize the characters. Enjoy myLot Windflower.)

I love watching movies and language is never a barrier :) I have watched quite a few Chinese movies and most of them are the translated version (regional language) of the original movie. Most the movies that i have watched are of Jackie Chan and i love his style. I have watched a few other movies like crouching tiger and hidden dragon :)
