If you need to find a new job, how do you define that it is fit to you, stable, and you can work for more than 3 years

Sit down and make a list of all the kinds of jobs that interest you. You'll be happier and want to stay longer if you like what you're doing. From your list of interests write down jobs where you could use your talents and things you like. This process will help you narrow down where to look for a job you'll like. Then you can see if you can find anything that pays a wage you can live on, anything where you can work your way up into a better, higher paying job, or something you think would be just plain fun. Good luck in your search.

The Right Qualifations. IF you can picture yourself doing it. If you believe you will last, If you need anymore training or not. I want to railroad but I do not have a drivers licence, and I hate driving.. so I guess that is out the door for me... So I am going with number two Ministry. - DNatureofDTrain
