Happiness has different meanings for different people. For me, its being in love and being at absolute peace with my own self.
What's your definition of being happy.... which works for you ?

hi,
For me, happiness is simply means being satisfied of what we have. We can have it through being with our loveones, such as our family, friends, etc. Further, happiness is not necessarily means having all material things, but having self's satisfaction, esteem and peace of mind. We can find it through people around us.

I'm happy when I know my parents are healthy and happy, happy when I worked on something and I obtained something from it at the end of it. Happy when I don't create hatred and able to anyone that I can. happiness for me can come from a very simple simple things that usually many of us take it for granted.

hello fariddi,
Good discussion, serious but relaxed. Happiness for me is all life need met. If all life need not met I do not happy. My mother get health, my wife and my son all get health, that make me very happy. I play games with my son, always running in the morning before I go to work, that is happiness. I get one day free working in Saturday, that is miracle... hahaha... I am happy now meet with all mylotter. Be happy....

Happiness for me is balance in my life....meaning a wife who understands me or more accurately is in tune with my likes and dislikes and shares enough of those likes and dislikes to generally be happy with me as well. I'm old enough now to understand that there is no such thing as a true 'soulmate'... I tried for it but women seem to change with the wind direction...truely unpredictable from moment to moment. Happiness is when the 'good' days out number the 'bad' days by a large margin. Hmmmm, looking at what I've written happiness for me comes from my personal life and not from my professional life.
