Yes I agree about pressure-filled life that we have now. This is a very bad habit but when I am really pressured, I tend to get hungry more and eat more. So that when I am in am iddle of a problem, that';s when I am fattest!

Hi, Yes, our life are always pressure-filled. It is necessary to find a export to release those pressures. Although i can not said eating more is a good way to release pressure, it still a way. Happy mylotting!

I just take a very long walk, about 5-6 KM. The walk is not very fast. On the way I think and analyze the problems I am into. I try to visualize the solutions. Normally I brake down the problem into several small components and so have to search for simpler solutions. A combination of all these solution is the real solution to my problems. If i don't get a solution, I simply turn away from it and come back only after some time when I am fresh and attack it from a different perspective. I do not want to spend too much time on problems as that itself will become another source of pressure.

By dancing you can release pressure. With Auto gene training, Yoga you can release pressure. When I am very stressed, I normally end up cleaning my house, that helps too.

Its pretty normal that pressure situations happen to us. We need to first realize the situation and accept our true state. Understand what is causing the pressure. For example, you could be under the pressure of losing ur job. Job loss is the cause. Identify it and keep quiet for some time. Go out, browse the internet, do sth u r passionate abt, play games, sweat, call ur girl friend or boy friend etc.... This will distract u from ur problems. Some people are capable of handling it immediately. That depends on the person. Be bold, positive, fearless or whatever about the consequences. Approach it as if there was no defeat. Now ur mind would be more focused on getting it. Forget abt the past. Now go find out the means how to do it. Though ur boss could ve threatened to sack u, be positive. He might find a reason not to sack u too. Seek the help of those who are capable of helping u nad those who have been in this situation. Convince them u r committed and follow. Let ur boss know abt it. If a sack is all u could manage, find a new job. Day to day pressures arent that hard to manage. You could go play games, watch tv, movies etc.... There are a lot of activities u could like. If u have a presentation to make and u r playing tennis it would not help. Do ur job faster. Be creative in ur job. Apply ur mind to it. Slowly u should stop disliking them if u do now. Other activities serve as a boost. Remember pressure does not matter. Win or loss matters.
