how to get alone with people who quarreled with you sometime earlier?

One could hardly make good friends with all people he touched.many people say they quarreled with someone arround him or her.if the two men are not do a job or live together,there are not any proplem to deal with.but they sometimes would meet or even do a job with each other.are you meeting a quarreler?and how about you to deal with this problem?

unfortunately, am the one who started the quarrel, but at least i should have a say before they hated me. they don't get along with me cause they think am %(#*%@..that's ok.
