ORPHAN --- have u watched it?

Sometimes there's nothing scarier than a little kid--and Orphan will introduce us to Esther, one of the scariest of them all. Without much in the way of star power this one's going to be counting on sheer thrills to generate its success.
When a young couple adopts an adorable nine year old girl, she seems downright heaven sent. But this little angel's halo is looking downright crooked--is she as innocent as she seems?
ya i've seen the movie last night... it was GREAT!
Most definately the best movie in 2009 so far. it kept? me on the edge of my seat the entire movie. Crazy twist, that I did not see coming. 5/5 great acting too...

I've watched the orphan last night and It was really good! Nice storyline and and good acting. I don't want to spoil anything but I'm just gonna say I'm not that surprised with the twist because I figured it out right away. Its really really cool story and the brutality is just hard to watch. Too bad our cinemas cut some minor seconds on some graphic scenes.

really good?i totally disagree with your view.i think this moive is disgusting so that virtuous people have given up the idea about adopting a orphan after watching it. i really don't get the purpose of this moive.

I'd quite like to see it. I heard a radio advert about this movie and thought to myself that it did sound like a rather frightening film and I quite like watching horror films so it's sounds like the sort of thing that I would enjoy seeing. But I am quite broke at the moment and can't really afford to go to the cinema. I might just wait til it gets on DVD

Thank you for an excellent review! Have you ever written reviews for ReviewStream? If not, you should think about it. I've been interested in seeing this movie and if I don't see it in the theater I'll definitely either rent the DVD or see it on PPV when it comes out. You're right in saying sometimes there's nothing scarier than a little kid!

I have watched it. It was....quiet interesting. The twist at the ending was great. I'll rate it 4/5. I liked it though I was looking for more of a supernatural film.

I was not a fan. First I am from a similar region so I could just spot inaccuracy after inaccuracy (you CANNOT adopt Estonian children) once I find a mistake I hone in on it and it stays with me.
