No Neobux is perfectly legit. Go look on their forums and you will see the thousands of payments they have made to people. I bet you will get other mylotters who will say the same thing.

It paid instantly, informed to my mail last week, and also went into my alertpay account account directly, I didn't have to wait. It is honest site, it is Not lying like other sites. The problem is I don't have referals there although I have one but it is inactive. I saw one banner showing earnings +300 US dollars so far.

I certainly will not consider this site as a scam, I've been paid and I was really pleasantly surprised to learn how quick I was paid, actually same day. However it appears to me they changed the payoutlevel to from $2 to $3 if I am not mistaken ? It is definitely a keeper so far.
