Hate My Job... Want to find another way

I am sure that I am not the only one who hates their job or boss. I want to find another way to make money AND be happy. Is it possible? I need to make at leat $3,000 per month in order to get by. My husband is in a program that pays for his school 100% and our daycare 100% (I pay extra for preschool) so I am the only one who is really brining in any money right now. Tell me... is there another way? I am at the point where I really hate coming here everyday. I hate these walls, the parking lot, the streets that I drive down when I am on my way to work, etc. I work as an Administrative Assistant and I am very good at my job. There doesn't seem to be enough work to keep me busy around here right now and my boss is constantly reminding me of how much she has to defend my benefit to working there fulltime. I just don't want to be here anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions?
